Basic Rate Includes: Private Studio Apartment with Full Bathroom, Medication Management, Three Cooked Meals, Weekly Housekeeping, Weekly Laundry, 24 Channel Direct TV.

Care Assistance Includes: Picking out clothing and assistance with dressing, Perineal Care, Basic Personal Hygiene and Bathing Assistance, Assistance with Commode, Skin Car and Lotion, Make Up Assistance, Shaving Assistance, Management of Hearing Aids and Eye Glasses, Cleaning of the Mobility Aids.

Medical Assistance Includes: Medication Management, Temporary Narcotic Management, Temporary Eye Drop Management, Low Sodium Diet.

Cognitive Needs: Abnormal Sleep Patterns, Anxiety, Repetitive Speech, Trouble finding Words, Occasional Confusion, Mild to Moderate Depression, May not be Oriented to Person, Place or Time.
