Colonial Court Assisted Living With Secured Memory Care offers specialized care in a secured residential setting for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our staff is specially trained to provide individualized care while maintaining quality of life for residents as their needs change. We have licensed nursing and Elder Care Assistants (certified nursing assistants) 24 hours a day, seven days a week to serve both residents and their families. We work collaboratively with every resident and their family to ensure the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each resident are met in a respectful and caring environment.

We partner with Hospice to provide the best End-of-Life-Care with the utmost dignity. We work with Hospice to provide on-going education for our staff to ensure continuity of care. We ensure comfort measures that include a hospital bed, special mattress, commodes and oxygen. We focus on proper pain management and are in constant contact with Hospice when changes are required.
We provide one-on-one emotional support for the resident and family and provide privacy for the family so they can remain at the facility with their loved one. We have twenty-four hour access to Hospice staff.
